Lead the bar on shift, keep drink quality consistent, train new baristas and dial in our espresso every morning.
Run our Selfie on Latte station: help guests choose the best photo, operate the latte printer and create picture-perfect cups.
Prepare croissants, waffles, bowls and desserts to our recipes, and keep the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe.
Run day-to-day café operations, manage shifts and stock, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
Welcome guests, take orders and payments accurately, and help with reservations, pickups and questions.
Capture our drinks, selfie lattes and café moments for Instagram and TikTok, and help grow the Are Square Coffee community.
